Community Service Foundation & Buxmont Academy help children and teens struggling with a variety of issues — behavioral, emotional, academic, drug and alcohol abuse — turn their lives around.

As originators and world leaders in the field of restorative practices, we believe that all young people are capable of change and growth. We won't give up on them.

Our mission: Community Service Foundation and Buxmont Academy are dedicated to providing education, counseling, foster care and other services to help young people and their families to grow and change through restorative practices.

Corporate underwriting to help support our programs Posted 3/8/2012

As we become more innovative, we find we want to focus on what matters most: helping young people thrive in supportive settings that include family, community and professionals to create safer communities. State cutbacks have obliged us to scale down our staffing, but these difficult times have in no way affected our dedication to our kids.

This year therefore we will not be staging a 5K event, and we will certainly miss the energy at the finish line. It was a great celebration of community pride. So instead of creating another large event like the 5K run, we are hoping to harness our energy and community spirit to focus on the stimulating and engaging programs within our schools that help develop our young people’s pride and confidence.
